Sponsorship & Exhibition Client Service Manager

Reporting to the Team Leader of the PCO Division, the Sponsorship & Exhibition Client Service Manager will play an integral role in the management and execution of the delivery of sponsorship entitlements and exhibitor logistics of nominated client conferences throughout the year. For a select number of conferences that are not being sold directly by the sales team, this role will also include performing the sales process for nominated conferences. This will be clearly identified and directed by both the Executive Director and Team Leader of the PCO Division.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

- Management of contracts, communication, planning logistics and execution of sponsor and exhibitor deliverables
- Developing a prospectus for nominated conferences
- Account management
- Identifying potential conference sponsors & exhibitors for nominated conferences
- Database maintenance
- Onsite management of sponsors & exhibitors
- Invoicing and follow up of sponsorship and exhibition monies

Working with TAS, you could expect:

- A preoccupation with outstanding client service
- An absence of office politics
