Mathnasium Australia is growing Due to our exciting expansion plans, we have an opportunity for an eager, talented experienced manager or assistant manager to join our team and manage and lead our established Mathnasium Centre.

Our approach goes beyond traditional maths tutoring by making math fun. We develop a child's understanding and love for maths by teaching in a way that makes sense to them (And did I mention is fun?)

**Your Responsibilities**
- To grow the Centre's business by developing strong relationships with parents and students
- Achieve optimal customer satisfaction and referrals
- All aspects of the Centre including day-to-day operations
- Drive the Centre's KPI's, sales and marketing to maximise growth
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction to students that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology

**About you**
- Are you an energetic leader and a people person with a proven background managing a business?
- Do you have excellent sales and communication skills and love developing long-term relationships?
- Do you have a passion helping people? Can you see yourself enjoying interacting with and helping students and their parents?
- Do you have a love for numbers and puzzles? Is your math capability Year 10 or above? (Don't worryif it's been a long while since school, we help you refresh your knowledge with great training in a caring and supportive way.)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales and Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
