**Espresso Warriors Hornsby are looking for an dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our team. We are a busy cafe inside Westfield Shopping Centre with a passionate crew who love nothing more than providing quality food and service to our customers.**
- **Have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role**:

- **Have excellent communication and leadership skills**:

- **Have some experience in all aspects of hospitality, including barista and cook**:

- **Have a bright and positive attitude with emphasis on staff relations**:

- **Have stellar customer service and complaint handling skills**:

- **Be proficient in managing budgets for cost of goods and wages**:

- **Be able to create detailed rosters and navigate staff unavailabilities**:

- **Be able to train staff to high standard**:

- **Be available to work weekdays and weekends**:

- **Be able to learn and adapt quickly under pressure**:

- **Have a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate**

**The position is for full-time hours, five days a week. Training will be provided on site.**

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)

- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
