**Your Role**

We need a Supply Coordinator to join our team in Blacktown to realize our vision of “first in mind, first in choice.''

As the Supply Coordinator your key mission will be to:

- Receive orders via the CRM system and process the order in the ERP system.
- Manage the order to delivery process
- Ensure scope of work is explained to Service Supervisor / Administrator for any modifications in our branches.
- Keep stakeholders up to date with order progress
- Ensure customer orders are invoiced in ERP system on dispatch from warehouse.
- Inventory management of frequently sold machines.

**To succeed, you will need**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply or Purchasing role in a multinational company.
- Qualifications in Supply or Purchasing would be well regarded
- Prior experience of talking to sales engineers or customers for delivery updates.
- Experience in using SAP will be beneficial but not mandatory.
- High level of communication and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
