**Job Description**:
**The role**
The role of the Programme Advisory Specialist (QNT) is to lead the design and development of program advisory services that are required at the front end of the investment lifecycle. These services could include shaping of Client challenges and strategic needs, designing of delivery models, organisation structure design, organisation program management maturity assessments, capital program delivery strategies, procurement and commercial strategies and associated services that are required for delivering the infrastructure capital programs in the QNT markets.
The role has a strong innovation and continuous improvement focus and will work closely with other Program specialists and Program Managers and Directors to bring industry leading approaches to all target markets.
The role as part of the QNT Program Management team will contribute to driving the growth of our program management business in all sectors and partnering with clients to transform the way they deliver major programs.
**About You**
- 15+ years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary Program Management team environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience leading a team and mentoring early career professionals
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary education
