**Responsibilities**:

- You will be required to provide onsite support to residents and Businesses across Gold Coast & Brisbane.
- You will benefit from a remote support team to help bounce ideas when required.

What’s more: We manage the calls and remote support aspect, allowing you to focus on what you do best: solve tech problems onsite

**We’re looking for talented IT support technicians with the following attributes**:

- A passion for technology - you’ll be helping set up, fix, and provide ongoing support for laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers and more
- The desire for flexible working arrangements where you can choose your hours and days
- A history of providing on-site tech support in a home or office environment.
- Someone who is currently studying the field of technology (no degree required)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon
- Your own vehicle and current driver's license
- Your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory.

We are looking for people based in Gold Coast and South Brisbane.
