**About the Role**
This position is to be based in Sydney and with the flexibility to work from home or office. The responsibilities of a Product Specialist involve the growing of existing key accounts and generating new leads for the general laboratory equipment portfolio across all of NSW.

Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will work alongside Account Managers in a predominantly field-based role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Visits to existing and new customers
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Provide sales and technical support to both field sales teams and customers
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Management of sales pipeline to ensure that customer needs can be supported.

**About You**

Essential:

- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Sales experience selling into laboratories
- Have the right personality to succeed in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel both interstate and internationally.

Desirable:

- Bsc in a Life Science discipline
- Familiar with Salesforce
