HR Business Partner

**The Opportunity**

Shepparton Private Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape workforce strategies, champion excellence in HR practices, and deliver high-quality generalist HR support. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on industrial and employee relations while driving impactful organisational development initiatives. It’s also a chance to make a meaningful difference in rural Victoria. **This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours per week across 4 days, with flexible working arrangements.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Offer expert support and guidance to managers on performance management, complex case handling, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead and execute local, state, and national HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Deliver training and coaching to strengthen managerial capabilities in HR practices and legislative compliance.
- Drive cultural transformation and lead organisational development initiatives to enhance workplace effectiveness.
- Monitor and address workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies to optimise talent management.
- Provide support in industrial relations, including negotiations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
