**Omnia **is a comfortable and elegant bistro and bar located at the base of Capitol Grand in South Yarra, one of the most iconic corners in Melbourne.

Created by our award-winning Executive Chef, the Omnia menu features seasonally changing European dishes.

The Omnia bar consists of classic drinks joined by a cocktail menu of bespoke botanical-inspired beverages with flavours ranging from floral to earthy notes.

At Omnia we aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.

**THE ROLE**

***
We are searching for the best of the best wait staff that can take the reins and comfortably guide our guests through the Omnia experience.

Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service, confidently suggesting drinks and wines to accompany a meal.

Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.

**THE PAY**:
Full Time Hourly base rate

$23.52 Monday - Friday

$29.40 Saturday

Please note: Additional penalty rates will be paid on top of your base hourly rate as per the Restaurant Industry Award 2021.

**THE MUST HAVES**
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Head or Section Waiter
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
