**THE COMPANY**

**Omnia **is a comfortable and elegant bistro and bar located at the base of Capitol Grand in South Yarra, one of the most iconic corners in Melbourne.

Created by our award-winning Executive Chef, the Omnia menu features seasonally changing European dishes.

The Omnia bar consists of classic drinks joined by a cocktail menu of bespoke botanical-inspired beverages with flavours ranging from floral to earthy notes.

**OPPORTUNITIES**

- Head Waiters (Level 3)
- Section Waiters (Level 2)

**ABOUT YOU**
- Valid RSA and previous experience in a bistro & bar or restaurant.
- A naturally hospitable professional looking to take the next step in their career.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding sequence of service.
