As a video interpreter, you will accurately and professionally facilitate the language needs of non-English speaking patients in clinical or hospital settings from your home office.

This position is available Australia-wide as a remote opportunity with flexible training arrangements to suit individual needs.

**All applicants** are welcome to apply. Priority will be placed for the following languages**:Turkish, Italian, Macedonian, Greek, Assyrian, Chaldean, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Punjabi, Karen, and Burmese.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide impartial and confidential interpreting services to patients within clinical and hospital settings via remote means
- Participate in specialised training on video remote technologies
- Have a suitable at-home work environment (reliable internet connection, laptop, headset)
- Comply with 2M Language Services’ policies and procedures

**Education and Certifications**
- NAATI certification where available (evidence required).

**Demonstrated Skills and Competencies**
- Cultural sensitivity
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Advanced communication skills
- Familiarity with and adherence to the AUSIT Code of Ethics
- Previous interpreting experience desired
