**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Canberra Campus to provide our internal and external customers with an exceptional experience upon every interaction on a casual basis. This role will have overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day campus operations, whilst providing exceptional service delivery to our customers.

**This role will be based in our Canberra Campus, between Wednesday-Friday.**

**_What will I do?_**
- Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance, and support to clients and students regarding Lumify Group programs and services and resolving inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day campus operations, provide oversight and guidance to students, trainers and campus staff to exceed in every area of the operation and client experience
- Effectively plan, deliver and execute the administrative and operational requirements of the campus and training activities
- Monitor students, including attendance and welfare and coordinate training, logistics and hospitality arrangements
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the Customer Experience Team
- Promptly respond to and manage requests for maintenance and repairs in timely manner
- Support with leading any Campus or Student Journey related projects

**_What have you accomplished?_**
- Passionate and motivated to lead a successful operation as well as exceptional student facility
- Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience as an Office Manager highly regarded
- Previous customer service experience preferably within an education environment
- A self-starter with a professional image who has accuracy and strong attention to detail
