**The Role**
As a member of the Governance, Culture and Communications team, you will be instrumental in shaping the landscape of the evolving Defence Intelligence Group (DIG), who contribute to supporting Australia’s national security and strategic objectives. You will be an active member of a diverse team of motivated individuals who will help coordinate a broad program to realise significant change.
The key duties of these roles include:
- Assist in program management, such as mapping strategic objectives to tangible change initiatives, with clear milestones, aligning activities, and accountable and responsible officers.
- Design and deliver the monitoring and reporting tools which help manage change and governance initiatives, including accountability and success measures.
- Develop and deliver governance, cultural and communications resources, including briefs, resources, events and strategic documents.
- Liaise extensively and coordinate effectively across different levels, including senior leadership.
**About our Team**
Defence Intelligence Group (DIG) is looking for high performing, motivated individuals to be a part of their small but dynamic Governance, Culture and Communications Directorate. The diverse yet specialised team are dedicated to shaping the evolving culture and governance of our Group. Being responsible for managing culture, change, communications and governance initiatives across the Group, including those identified through the Employee Value Proposition, we are focused on making the Defence Intelligence Group an employer of choice.
If you join DIG, you will work collaboratively across the Group, the broader Defence intelligence enterprise, the Department of Defence, and National Intelligence Community.
