**We are **a fast-growing, healthcare service provider within the Aged Care and community home care healthcare sector.

We are searching for a number of** PCAs (Personal Care Assistants)** to ensure our client's needs are met through quality support and care.

Due to the continued growth we are currently seeking experienced and compassionate **Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)**

You will assist with the daily living needs and activities of our clients which can include domestic duties, personal care, appointments, social events, monitoring of behavior, and care plans. You will ensure clients’ safety, security, dignity, privacy, and well-being at all times.

We currently have vacancies within the Western suburbs of Melbourne, and surrounds.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A passion to work in the Home Care sector
- Certificate 3 in Home and Community Care, Aged Care or equivalent/higher
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be innovative and creative
- Respect for all people regardless of their circumstances
- Reliable and punctual
- Have your own reliable transport
- Eligibility to work in Australia for 20+ hours per week

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent
- Nursing Students who have completed 2 Clinical Placements
- Ability to provide 2 professional referees
- Valid Police Check
