We're seeking for experienced Personal Support Workers that can think outside the box and act with boldness. People who are kind and empathic, and who recognise that attitudes spread (and who have one worth sharing).

You'll work with consumers, families, and medical professionals, and you'll be encouraged to start and participate in new initiatives.

We will give you flexibility, on-the-job training, and good working circumstances in exchange for your commitment to us and residents.

**Successful applicants must have**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Equivalent
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in Aged Care
- Good leadership and excellent communication
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature
- Be relationship centred approach to care and supervision

Duties will include:

- Individual Support
- Personal care
- Social activity
- Supporting residence to achieve their personal goals

We are seeking to expand our team seeking individuals who are available on short notice, and long-term permanent stuff for ongoing support of our clients

**Essential requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening
- Police Check (Or willing to undertake one)
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

We have a Covid safe protocol in place and all our workers will be covered.

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
- First Aid (required)
- Australian National Police Check (required)
