**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a Workflow Designer who will provide support to our sales team by designing workflow concepts incorporating the BD Rowa product portfolio into retail pharmacy. You will developocument and analyse existing dispensary and retail workflows, draft bespoke design briefs utilising workflow analysis and customer requirements and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and smooth process.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support sales team by designing workflow concepts incorporating Rowa product portfolio.
- Document and analyse existing dispensary and retail workflows
- Draft bespoke design brief utilising workflow analysis and customer requirements
- Design workflow concept options to demonstrate optimised workflow efficiencies by integrating Rowa product portfolio
- Present workflow concepts and adapt concepts by incorporating customer feedback
- Liaise with Pharmacy banner group designers, architects and shopfitters
- Stay informed and adapt concepts to suit banner group brand standards
- Design and deliver workflow design webinars and workshops
- Stay informed with ‘Pharmacy of Future’ design trends and Rowa technical details.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent software skills - Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software
- Ability to liaise with Pharmacy banner group designers, architects and shopfitters
- Ability to analyse customer’s existing workflow
- Ability to draft bespoke design briefs utilising workflow analysis
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience designing pharmacies and retail will be looked upon favourably
- You will be required to provide a design portfolio demonstrating graphic designs and presentation skills._
