**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy and Equipment Services, and working collaboratively with three other Managers and the broader Allied Health Leadership team, the ability to drive client centred care in an innovative way is key to meeting the future needs of our patients.

Our Occupational Therapy managers and leaders possess the interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within an inter-professional team and commitment to best practice.
- Manage a large and growing team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants
- Deliver and drive Monash Health strategic intent to be relentless in our pursuit of excellence across Occupational Therapy and Allied Health.
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapy and Equipment Services Leadership Team to provide streamlined services across all campuses and lead designated portfolios
- Located at the Kingston Centre, travel is also required across other Monash Health sites

**What you need**
- Proven experience leading a team of allied health professionals
- Knowledge and experience working closely with an interprofessional team
- Current practicing Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration
- Current Drivers Licence

Post Graduate qualification in Management or related field is desirable
