**Role Purpose**

The Shop Floor Supervisor will support the Production Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Curtains and Blinds production department. While the Production Manager will focus on day-to-day people management, the Supervisor will be responsible for meeting production output targets, driving efficiency, and maintaining technical accuracy across multiple product lines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily shop floor operations to achieve production schedules and output targets.
- Monitor efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure that all work meets required quality standards and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support across approximately 10 product lines with varying configurations.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to optimise productivity.
- Monitor use of materials and minimise waste.
- Support the Production Manager in implementing production plans and policies.
- Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with WHS/OHS requirements.
- Assist with training and upskilling of staff as required.
- Report on production performance, efficiency, and technical issues to the Production Manager.
