As Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing brand awareness, traffic and revenue for Incu. You will confidently manage campaigns end-to-end and take an insight led approach to developing the Incu content & social strategy with the support of a Marketing Assistant. You are innately creative and a critical thinker, ensuring all activity serves a brand or commercial purpose. Collaboration must come naturally as you build rapport across the wider marketing team, different departments, brands and partners. You are agile and adaptable to the growing business needs and willing to work together to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
- End to end campaign management from brief through to reporting.
- Responsible for social and content strategy, including but not limited to the blog, brand launches influencers and ambassadors.
- Own paid social channel, working with our agency to update creative and optimize against goals.
- Responsible for in-store windows, visual merchandising and activations when required.
- Copywriting for short and long form written content, working with freelancers when required.
- Nurture relationships with shopping centres, stylists and other partners.
- Oversee influencer marketing strategy for our in-house brand and collection drops.
- Report on all marketing activity to gain insight and assess against goals.
- Manage and mentor one direct report to assist in the delivery of the above strategies.
- Maintain the marketing budget, making sure spend is correctly accounted for each month.
- Work collaboratively with wider marketing, creative, buying, e-commerce and operations departments to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support Mono divisions with any required marketing activity.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years marketing experience. An eye for social and content trends within the fashion and lifestyle landscape.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, retailers and the community.
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience with implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinker with the ability to strategically evaluate concepts and ideas. Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write and review long and short form copy.
