**Cafe Barista Supervisor (Full Time)**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Café **Supervisor** to effectively lead the team to produce the best coffee and continue the great reputation of our professional team.Join and be part of an expanding team in Goulburn at the NSW Police Academy

**The Role**:

- Ensure needs of NSWPA and customers are achieved in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Monday to Friday role with daytime hours.
- Manage the day-to-day exceptional Coffee and Food service.
- Ensure team members are consistently adhering to uniform and presentation standards.
- Communicate service reports for leadership team outlining the service, operational issues, challenges, positive and negative feedback
- Assist in the development of standard practices for all Café specific tasks to ensure a clear expectation to all employees for all operational standards.

**About You**:

- A passion for great Coffee and Food
- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work within a team environment, passion for mentoring and motivating
- Prior supervisory experience or a team leader looking for the next step up

- Evening shift
