**The role**:
In your role as Head of Commercial & Specialised Lending, you will play a key role in delivering commercial and specialised lending solutions that support our Metro, Regional & Agri and Corporate Segment. Specifically, this role will focus on Business Lending Term products (Business Market Loans, Commercial Loans) and off-sale products as well solutions addressing key industry growth verticals for NAB, in partnership with key stakeholders across the bank.
Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Product strategy, management and development of financial and non-financial products including the risk/control environment.
- Profitable growth accountabilities (P&L management and optimisation) and Product CVP/Competitive Position/product features
- Product, process and fee simplification and optimisation
- Portfolio performance and drivers including quality of book health
- End to end risk and control environment, as well as remediation.
- Go to Market of Product and Service propositions
- Process and policy simplification and strengthening customer and colleague experience (NPS, VOC, Complaints)
- Underlying product system accountability
- Sales and service digitisation or seamless banker experience
- Customer lifecycle management, acquisition (lead generation and conversion, funnel optimisation/fall out), Time to Yes, Time to Fund, in life engagement and retention i.e. reduced refi, utilisation rates/draw downs.
- Segment engagement and alignment.
**What you will bring**:
- Deep expertise in Business Lending, with preferred expertise in Commercial or Term Lending solutions.
- Proven experience in managing and driving stand out results in a product and P&L.
- Proven risk management leadership and building strong end to end product control environments.
- Proven experience in delivering strategic initiatives, digitisation and transformation that positively change and drive business performance in a sustainable and safe manner.
- Strong customer and colleague advocacy and ability to influence and build enterprise relationship
- Strong people leadership experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
