**Head of Commercial - Hotel Complex, Philippines**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Commercial to lead the commercial strategy of a prominent hotel complex in the Philippines. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a larger international organisation and play a key role in shaping and executing the property's commercial direction.

**Requirements**:
Proven background with internationally recognised brands, preferably **IHG, Marriott, or Accor.**

Minimum of 18 months in your current or most recent role, demonstrating commitment and stability.

Strong experience in developing commercial strategies and turning them into actionable plans.

Expertise across key commercial areas including sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution.

Ability to work cross-functionally within a complex operation and drive performance across multiple departments.
