Our Dealership in* Ferntree Gully Toyota **is currently seeking **Used Car Sales Consultant *to join our dynamic and high performing team. Reporting to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs. Working in a fun and supportive team there is the potential to make the role your own, using your drive and sales expertise to achieve targets.

**About the role**:

- Building rapport and fostering successful relationships
- Identifying and exceeding the needs of clientele
- Assisting in the selection and purchase process of vehicles
- Demonstrating vehicles to clientele
- Following sales process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining technical and industry knowledge

**Do you have?**
- Previous sales experience within the automotive industry
- A current driver's license (manual transmission driver)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to work autonomously
- Professional, honest and well-presented
- Customer driven and focused
- Team player with a 'can do attitude'
