**What we are looking for**:
You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in the workforce with an electrical power systems diploma (or equivalent) or you’re an industrial electrician with a keen interest in the power systems industry. You’ll want to cement a career in the renewable energy industry, be very comfortable in shifting between the field and office environments, have experience in high energy electrical projects, enjoy working with complex electrical systems and have a solid understanding of safety processes and business protocols.

Communication is one of your key strengths; you’re able to articulate your message both verbally and in writing to a variety of different stakeholders. You are computer savvy, a methodical and logical thinker with outside-the-box problem solving skills. You’re a good team player and enthusiastic to roll your sleeves up and get the job done but with a strong attention to detail ensuring the work you’re producing is of high quality.

**What you will be doing**:
This role could have frequent state-wide travel, and you are open to the opportunities of travelling interstate and potentially internationally. You could spend considerable time in the office designing SCADA or Automation systems, producing inspection/test plans and writing reports. Alternatively, you may get involved in long field projects, performing maintenance, testing and commissioning of electrical protective systems, HV/LV metering, SCADA and automation projects. Your main focus will likely be utilities-based projects for hydro power-stations, HV/LV substations, solar and wind farms.
