**About the role**:
As a Territory Manager for Dulux Paints & Coatings you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers within the residential building industry across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementation and execution of sales activities and plans specifically in the new housing space;
- Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix;
- Management of customers - loyalty programs; uptake of online ordering system;
- Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis.

**Skills & Experience**
- Industry experience preferable but not essential;
- Experience managing a regional territory;
- Strong account management skills and the capability to form relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to work autonomously and proven experience meeting sales targets;
- Availability to travel into regional Victoria on a regular basis;
- Drivers license required
