**Looking for**:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and satisfactory experience throughout their interactions with our company. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our overall customer service operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Plan, implement, and continuously improving after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, performance of purchased goods, and the enhancement of provided services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and service activities.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role, preferably.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing customer service technologies and systems.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach to work.

**Job Type & Salary**:

- This is a permanent full-time job.
- The base salary would be $60,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation.

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
