Commercial Service Technician

Our valued client is one of WA’s largest manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors, shower screens for new home build and commercial properties.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure site installations carried out by subcontractor’s workforce meet all the specification and quality criteria of a customer’s order.
- Be responsible for the delivery and installation of commercial products to a designated area.
- Complete appointments, site measures, installations, service work and site inspections as allocated by your relevant supervisor.
- Report and rectify non-compliances on site to the Commercial Project Manager as soon as possible.
- Identify problems and provides potential solutions for issues at site
- Provide supervision when required on site and safely install to industry quality standards and specifications in accordance with business safety and quality procedures
- Provide accurate reports, checklists and inspections to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on subcontractor and employee service quality

**Skills, and Personal Attributes**:

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience in the residential / commercial building industry and advantage
- Current WA Drivers’ Licence
- White card for Building and Construction
