**Specialist, People Operations - Sydney**:
The Specialist, People Operations is responsible for gathering information and conducting analysis of employment and remuneration data, and supporting relationships with key stakeholders to build out internal policies within the company.

**Tasks include**:

- Creating, developing and managing internal review systems
- Designing project workflows and processes to streamline review systems.
- Analysing and managing data on remuneration benchmarks
- Conduct research on labour market conditions.
- Providing advice on internal policies based on the information analysis and data collection
- Facilitating data collection for WiseTech Initial Human Resource Management System
- Create a consistent compensation guideline for Wise Tech offices globally, that matches our work and organizational culture
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports for the Board and finance teams

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in a business field

**Relevant Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or initiatives and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working with confidential information
- Strong with planning, prioritizing and delivering tasks

**Relevant Experience**:

- At least 2 years of strong experience of information gathering and maintaining projects with a broad scope and narrow focus
- International collaboration experience.

**Salary**:

- Between 70 - 90K
