A bit about your role

The Governance & PMO team is overall accountable for business unit governance, efficient and effective project delivery, and capital investment, delivering on-time and to budget of a complex portfolio of initiatives.

The Risk, Compliance and Resilience Manager role specifically is accountable for the effective operational governance and performance in the Regional Development & Engagement business unit, including the design and maintenance of robust risk structures and cadence to support the broader company-wide strategy.

As a senior member of the Governance and PMO team, the Risk, Compliance and Resilience Manger role is accountable for building and managing RDE risk management, executive performance reporting, RDE compliance management, lead RDE audit activities and RDE Business continuity management. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for developing a team culture that is customer obsessed and aligned to future business priorities both across RDE and into the delivery teams.

A bit about you

If this role sounds like a good match for you, it is likely that you will have a degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or proven experience in business operations and risk management. Familiarity with risk frameworks, methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Ideally you will have experience in engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on risk and resilience matters; analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks and issues. Coupled with critical thinking and decision-making skills to provide sound advice and recommendations on risk and resilience matters.

As an exceptional communicator, you will have the confidence to articulate complex risk and resilience information in a clear and concise manner, and strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to be persuasive and assertive skills to influence and challenge stakeholders on risk and resilience matters.
