**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager - leading from the front and making things happen:

- Lead, coach, and energise your team to deliver amazing customer experiences
- Drive sales and hit targets while keeping the store looking its best
- Support with stock flow, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Be the go-to for team motivation, problem-solving, and creating a fun, inclusive culture

- Proven retail leadership experience (fashion or fast-paced retail is a bonus)
- A natural motivator who thrives on team success
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping moments
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
