**Role Description/Criteria**

Saint Ignatius College is seeking an ongoing, part-time Administration Assistant to the Learning Diversity Coordinator.

The successful applicant would possess an in-depth understanding of the Government NCCD (National Consistent Collection of Data on school students with students with disabilities) along with proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and strong data entry skills. Knowledge of systems such as Operoo, Xuno, or other school databases is also highly regarded.

With hours and days to be negotiated with the successful applicant, and remuneration afforded during the school holiday periods, this position is ideal for an individual seeking an exceptional work-life balance.

The successful applicant will support our outstanding Learning Diversity Program by providing administrative assistance, maintaining efficient and effective processes, with attention to detail.
