**Job Summary**:
The Area Manager for Bubble Tea Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of multiple Bubble Team stores within a designated region. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. The Area Manager will ensure that each store delivers outstanding customer service, achieves sales targets, and operates efficiently while maintaining brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Multi-Store Management**: Oversee the operations of multiple Bubble Team stores, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand representation.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze sales data, financial reports, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and staff. Provide coaching and support to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling standards. Conduct regular store visits and audits.
- **Customer Experience**: Maintain a customer-first approach by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere across all locations.
- **Inventory and Cost Control**: Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- **Sales Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, including marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate leadership and store teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to ensure smooth store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management, inventory control, and operational best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Passion for the bubble tea industry and customer service excellence.

Pay: $58,206.22 - $80,000.00 per year
