About the role

We're currently hiring casual baristas and front-of-house team members to help us through the Christmas and summer trading period. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of bubble tea and beverages
  • Assisting customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Working across weekdays, weekends, and flexible rotating shifts

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail/hospitality setting
  • Availability to work throughout December and January, including weekends

Pay & conditions

  • Casual employment under the Fast Food Industry Award
  • Flexible roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts
