**About the Company**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that provides logistics & warehousing solutions to the Home Appliance industry. Our client has distribution Centres located nationwide, this enables quality and timely services to all of Australia.
This exciting opportunity is located in Blacktown. You will be positioned to work with key clients arranging customer deliveries and following through to ensure successful completion of the delivery.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Customer Experience team leader, you will be responsible for:
- Attending to high volume calls
- Maintaining daily reports
- Building and maintaining relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
- Meeting customer deadlines

**About You**:
We are looking for highly organised, results driven individuals with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Joining a supportive team, you will be a positive team player with the ability to work autonomously.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
- Previous experience in within warehousing or logistics
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
