**We are currently searching for an Executive Lounge Host for The Star Grand Hotel.**

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service & attending to all executive floor guests. You will meet and greet customers whilst ensuring the presentation of the lounge upholds 5 star standards, including maintaining stock levels and cleaning the lounge, both front and back of house.

**What are we looking for?**
- A good knowledge of The Star Gold Coast facilities
- A passion for & commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Flexible availability for work, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working independently & as part of an energetic, hands on team
- A current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
