The Australian Meat Industry Superannuation Trust (AMIST Super) has been serving the meat industry and associates for more than 25 years. They have established a reputation for outstanding client service, low fees and excellent investment returns for more than 60,000 members.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Product will lead the product development, member services and contact centre staff through AMIST's exciting next phase. With responsibility for the complete client experience, you will oversee the innovation and improvement of the AMIST product including a signficant brand refresh and the transition to an insourced contact centre function. This is a broad product role within a smaller industry fund. The Head of Product will need to work collaboratively across the business to build capability and proactively seek opportunities for growth and development.

**About You**:
You will demonstrate significant experience in Product Management within financial services or another relevant sector and a strong commitment to delivering a superior member experience. You will be an inspiring and energetic people leader who leverages his resources to make well informed decisions.
