**_ Responsibilities and Key Deliverables _**
The core responsibilities of the Customer Experience Administrator include:

- Maintain and update salesforce with contact details
- Contact customers to obtain additional details
- Responding to follow-ups as per the schedule
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
