You will report to the Product Owner ( Buy a Home) for your day-to-day delivery and a Chapter Lead to support your performance and career development.

As a Product Manager, you will deliver clear business requirements for development, contribute to development of great customer experiences, and ensure the product/service remains safe and compliant.

Additionally, you will:

- Understand and represent the voice of the customer
- Identify, lead and d eliver on multiple pieces of work to ensure our features are market competitive and delivers value to customers.
- Have the opportunity to work with groundbreaking AI technology to deliver new and exciting experiences for our customers.
- Review customer break points in the product life cycle to identify and deliver customer experience improvement opportunities in the portfolio.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver change for our customers to improve customer experience and outcomes
- Partner with Risk and Compliance to proactively identify and manage operational and other risks in the portfolio.
- Assist with developing and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives targeting at improving Buy a home engagement and digital HL channel growth.

**We’re**interested in hearing from people with**:

- Previous product management experience, within financial service (required)
- A proven track record of delivery of high impact initiatives that drive customer value
- Risk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
