We are looking for someone who is passionate about exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing support and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a market leader and build a career within a growing national and international company.

This is a **full-time position**, including **weekend work across a rotating roster**. Based in **Canning Vale**, you will be provided with support and product training so you can succeed in the role

With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
- Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
- Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
- Participate in regular product and sales training

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
