**Integrated Logistics Support (**
**ILS) Manager **to join their team.

The ILS Manager will be responsible for maintaining plans related to Integrated Logistics Support and will establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met. You will ensure the implementation & execution of the logistics program is progressing as per the required schedule.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage logistics data
- Support Bids to create ILS related tender deliverables
- Providing advice and direction to the team
- Analyze logistics data and make recommendations
- ILS Management of Technical Documentation in support of engineering change activities.
- Conduct various compliance activities in accordance with policy, processes and procedures that support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements.
- Coordinating ILS activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assisting in the development of tender and commercial documentation
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide ILS support for Technical Maintenance planning

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, ILS or a similar discipline.
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience working within a complex project environment, within Maintenance / Shipbuilding or Defence
- Proven experience developing ILS documentation and managing ILS instructions & plans.
- Experience and understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle
- Experience or exposure to the planning and management of maintenance programs, including requirements definition.
- Experience in technical specifications / technical documentation
- Previous experience in the following areas would be highly desirable
- o Royal Australian Navy (RAN)
- o Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG);
- o Marine / Shipbuilding products and processes
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly articulate with excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience in building trusted & valued relationships with team members & customers
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Advance Computer skills using Microsoft Office software
- Be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
