About the Role
- Lead targeted research and development regarding allied health service planning initiatives relevant to Operational Commissioning and the broader health services network.
- Demonstrates high level communication skills to facilitate working collaboratively with other interprofessional team members and stakeholder groups to achieve common vision, direction and project outcomes.
- Monitor, analyse and report on project progress and implement best practice guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved on assigned projects.
- Lead the operation, organisation and culture change associated with the investment in and implementation of innovative approaches to improve patient flow and inpatient and outpatient services.
