We are looking for support workers who are experienced in caring for aged care and disability clients requiring home care. The duties may be personal care, domestic assistance, respite, community access and meal preparation.

You are responsible to provide person centred care, monitor client progress, report any concerns or changes and document relevant information.

Your day will always be different working with different clients
- you may start the day taking an elderly client shopping, continue to your next client who is needing assistance with daily tasks such as showeringand finishing your day preparing meals with a friendly client The great thing about support work is the reward you bring to your client

**Your Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

- Experience with Aged Care and Disability Care
- Knowledge or skills in basic sign language.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability (preferred but not required)
- Flexible availability.
- Drivers Licence and access to vehicle.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.33 - $37.64 per hour
