**Expectations**:

- Identify and document the gateway review process requirements for each project, including artefacts, documentation, and compliance criteria.
- Coordinate with project leads and other stakeholders to ensure the timely creation and submission of required artefacts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Assurance Plan that aligns with both the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) governance requirements and the Department of Finance Gateway Process
- Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to ensure compliance with gateway review requirements.
- Provide support and advice to project leads to ensure a consistent and proportionate approach to planning, implementation, and governance of activities
- Facilitate regular control group meetings and work closely with policy divisions to negotiate timelines and other project-related matters
- Strong understanding of the Australian Government’s Gateway Review Process and related governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
- An active NV1 or higher

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a similar assurance role
- Familiarity with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) governance requirements.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in related discipline,
- Knowledge gained through experience
