**Job Details**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing Australian team. As part of the Business Development team, you will develop and drive sales opportunities through researching and identifying potential accounts. This is a fantastic role for those with a passion for IT or software, or who are looking for growth and career progression.

**In this role, you will**:

- Generate new business opportunities through identification of potential accounts
- Convert trial prospects to paid customers through enhanced customer engagement
- Collaborate with appropriate internal teams to solve business requirements and drive a strategic sales approach to customers
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in identified accounts
- Research and build new and existing accounts to qualify opportunities for Account Executives
- Create and deliver sales presentations, product and service demonstrations

**What are the role requirements?**
- Great communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Self starter
- An interest and openness to learning new technologies
- Experience in a customer facing role, or prior experience working in SaaS (preferred, not essential)
- Willingness to travel
- Track record in achieving targets (preferred, not essential)

**Experience Level**: 0-5 years

We are open to hiring individuals with no previous experience in a similar role. An individual who is willing and eager to learn will excel in this position.
