he role:
In his high-profile People Leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a eam of DSE Associa es and Seniors Associa es in he specialised segmen of High Grow h & Emerging Corpora e. In addi ion, managing eam member performance and accoun abili y in line wi h role requiremen s; ul ima ely playing a key role in building world class clien rela ionships and driving superior service ou comes.

Role Purpose:

Key Role Responsibili ies:

- Suppor and coach Associa es and Senior Associa es in bo h deal s ruc uring and end
- o-end file managemen.
- Lead a highly mo iva ed and en husias ic eam of Associa es and Seniors Associa e in a grow h segmen.
- Suppor credi decision join ly wi h Bankers o Credi under he Delega ed Commi men Au hori y.
- Con ribu ion owards he delivery of HGEC Business Plan
- Con ribu ion owards risk and capi al managemen plan; proac ive posi ioning of he por folio o mee finance plans and regula ory changes;
- S akeholder engagemen o align plans and performance hroughou he financial year.

O her:

- Suppor Rela ionship Bankers wi h origina ion and prospec ing ac ivi ies.
- Lead ransac ions, prepare credi submissions and recommenda ions o credi, suppor ransac ion execu ion hrough due diligence and legal documen a ion (direc ly or indirec ly).
- Awareness of NAB's credi policies and in ernal risk appe i e and u ilise produc and sec or experience o con ribu e o problem solving.
- Deepening indus ry speciali y knowledge - iden ify developmen areas o suppor high performance of he eam, coordina e raining sessions, arrange Deal Reviews, facili a e working groups, main ain upda ed indus ry papers & benchmarking for relevan por folio sec ors.
- Ongoing moni oring of he risk profile and compliance requiremen s of clien por folio, ensuring por folio hygiene is o an excellen s andard.
- Con ribu e o driving he desired En erprise cul ure wi hin he business uni and across NAB buil on rus, effec ive decisions, s ra egic agili y, and cons ruc ive challenge.

Wha you will bring:

- Proven People Leadership Experience
- Excellen credi wri ing and analysis, capable of execu ing complex Business Lending Cashflow ransac ions.
- Demons ra ed experience across deb s ruc uring & execu ion, por folio managemen, clien engagemen, preferably wi hin financial services and/or medium o large complex organisa ions.
- Business par nering experience wi h he abili y o engage, collabora e and influence s akeholders a all levels.
- A willingness o ackle complex problems and use cri ical hinking, your ne work, skills, knowledge, and available da a o drive be er ou comes for our colleagues, cus omers, and he bank.
- A posi ive a i ude and s rong mo iva ion for con inuous learning and developmen
- Abili y o develop hese capabili ies wi hin your eam.
- Experience and/or exposure o M&A financing solu ions (preferable)
