An exciting opportunity awaits you as an Exercise Physiologist at Inspire Health and Wellness Centre.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop tailored exercise programs, and support individuals in reaching their health and fitness goals. This position offers valuable practical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement individualized exercise programs to address various health conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological issues.
- Provide direct therapy to clients to enhance their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor and record client progress, adjusting exercise plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices in exercise physiology.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA registration required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for helping individuals improve their physical health through exercise.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- National Police Check.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and motivate them towards achieving their health goals.
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time or full-time position, with flexible working hours available.
- The position is located in Currans Hill, Australia.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
