**What We Have on Offer**
We are seeking an experienced **Loss Recovery Officer **on a 12 month secondment basis to provide “best in class” service by reducing loss to the business through facilitating internal collections, external contingent collections and debt sale.
The Operations department is an integral part of the Pepper team, providing a range of services and expertise in delivering robust infrastructure, analytics and solutions to a fast-paced environment.
**What We Are Looking for in You**
- Demonstrated experience in collections for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to manage the Recoveries Inbox
- Review and outsource accounts for contingent collections.
- Respond to enquiries from contingent collection company.
- Review and outsource accounts for Debt Sale.
- Update business on debt sale process.
