**The Firm**:
Our client is a fantastic mid-tier firm that are brilliant to work for. They have a range of great practice groups with fantastic teams and are now looking to expand their corporate group. As a firm to work for, they are known for their excellent culture and supportive team.

**The Opportunity**:
This is a wonderful opportunity to support multiple fee earners in the corporate group. In this role you will enjoy working as part of a large team alongside other Legal Assistants in a collegiate environment. You will be responsible for providing top level support to a Partner and two other operators within the corporate team.

**As the Legal Assistant / Secretary for the Corporate team, you will be responsible for**:

- Diary management for the Partner and other operators
- Drafting correspondence
- Editing & amending legal documents
- File management/opening & closing files
- Billing
- Scanning, photocopying and proof-reading documents
- Ad hoc administration duties

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Secretary Assistant in a law firm, be organised, proactive with good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
