We are currently seeking a talented and professional Legal Assistant to join the Workers Compensation team in Perth. This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity.

Our clients who have sustained a workplace injury or contracted an illness at work, can be entitled to a range of benefits and compensation under the Workers Compensation Scheme. Our Lawyers in the Workers Compensation team, understand that suffering a workplace injury, can present major hurdles to overcome. They support our clients every step of the way with care, understanding, flexibility and support. Our Lawyers take care of the legal needs, so our clients can take care of their recovery.

In this role you will help support and drive the practice. Your energy and enthusiasm will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work.

During a typical day, you can be expected to:

- Assist lawyers with all administration and management of files
- Prepare legal correspondence and court documents
- Extensive diary management
- Liaise with clients in an empathetic and professional manner

What will you bring?

Previous experience as a legal assistant, personal assistant or legal secretary supporting a personal injury law team
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach
- Ability to confidently multi-task
- Ability to show initiative
- A willingness to learn
- A team player
