**WHO WE NEED?**

We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee a number of cleaning sites in and around South Sydney and surrounds. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervise a high performing team using your proven leadership and mentoring skills.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO?**
- Managing the service delivery and performance of daily operations across a portfolio of commercial cleaning sites.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships.
- Driving adherence to performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP’s, policies and service expectations.
- Driving role clarity and service expectations amongst the site based team members.
- Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do their job.
- Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
- Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.
- Be available to oversee workers across a rotating roster.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**
- A valid driving license.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred.
- Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
- Attention to detail, time management and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to motivate your team and empower them to work to their potential.
